§  Type II : Ectomorph
     §  Type III : Endomorph

What is Mesomorph body type?

Endomorphs’ usually have soft and round bodies with a broad waist and sizeable bones, joints and buttocks regardless of their height.
Some celebrities having ectomorph body type are:

Body Shapes:
Body Shape is one of the most important factor that affects your overall appearance. One needs to know body shape while selecting any kind of accessories. Basically, body shapes are categorized into 8 types:

·        Type I:
Rectangle or Straight
When the measurement of your waist, bust and hip is almost the same and your shoulders and hips are about the same width resulting in a straight columnar figure without much curves, it is rectangle shaped. People having this body shape may have an athletic figure.

·        Type II:
Triangle or Pear
In this body shape, lower body i.e. your hip is wider than your upper body i.e. your shoulder and bust. You apparently have slim arms and a defined waist.

·        Type III:
Spoon
If your hip is heavier than your bust and shoulder with a slim waist then your body shape is spoon. The spoon body shape is pretty similar to the triangle body shape. You may carry some weight in your upper arms and upper thighs.

·        Type IV:
Hourglass
This is the style of figure that every woman expects to have because of the extra-ordinarily thin waist and bigger than usual hip and bust. The hip and bust are nearly equal in size and you also have a fairly defined (narrower) waist. In this body shape, you may have slightly rounded shoulders and buttocks. In simple terms, you have a perfectly curved figure.

·        Type V:
Inverted triangle or Apple
This type of body shape has a bigger upper body than the lower body. This is because your shoulders and bust are relatively larger than your hips.

·        Type VI:
Round or Oval
This is the body shape with a thick waist followed by a thicker upper and lower body. It is not necessary that your arms and legs when compared be slimmer than the rest of your body.

·        Type VII:
Diamond
This body shape has broader hips than shoulders, narrow bust and a filled waist. In this shape, you may have more weight in your upper legs i.e. thighs and slim arms.

·        Type VIII:
Athletic
If you have an athletic body shape then you are skinny and tight but not curvy. Your shoulder and hip measurement are almost same. Your waist may be slimmer than shoulders and hips.
