Wear tight
clothes for enhancing the natural
curves of your body. Tight clothes will help define your body perfectly.
Don’t wear loose clothes. It will not suit
you, moreover you’ll look shapeless.
Colour:
Go for colours that are lighter and brighter colours with
patterns than solid darker colours. Pale blue, light azure, sand yellow, orchid
orange are some bright light colours.

Medium to low neckline tops work well when they
are wide than narrow.

area is wide, adding volume to these areas will make you look unshaped.

of any length as it’ll follow the natural body curve. Going sleeveless also
works well.


Avoid enrichments like flare, puff etc. Also try not to go for loose and wide sleeves. This will take all the attention to the upper body.
Shirts:
The best way to style a shirt for an
hourglass body is when it is tucked in, this way the natural curves show up and
takes up attention.
Peplum, fit T-shirt, fit shirt, wrap and
belted type of shirts are the best type of shirts for an hourglass body shape.
These shirts will enhance your waist line and keep your upper and lower body
balanced.
Wear shirts that end above or on your hip
as this will highlight your body curves.
Avoid wearing long shirts. This will make
you look unshaped, lower body more voluminous than the upper one.



Jackets
and Coats:
Jackets should follow the natural body line and
draw it towards waist.

Avoid hanging straight and

part of your outfit.

best type for an hourglass body. Wide-legged, loose fitted and slightly flared
jeans and pants also work well.

waist is mid to high allowing your lower body look slim and long.
Avoid wearing low waist bottoms as they
may make your legs look wider and shorter.

Just like jeans, your skirts need to be
mid to high waisted. Any length of skirt will work on this body shape.
Just keep in mind, if you wear a mini
skirt, it should be fitted rather than flared.
